Quiet and comfy hotel, amicable staff at every level, everything was perfect. Fashionable, spotless unit with fireplace, storage space, for instance. Prime location, not too far from Bourgeau Lake. Loved very very nice area.

The rooms were spacious and attractive with very comfortable beds kept by the exceptionally nice staff. The breakfast was large with a huge variety of excellent food.- The location was marvellous and lovely for walking around Banff Avenue.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the parking was very uncomplicated. We had a junior suite, so there's plenty of room. We were missing a small kitchen corner, as it is often the case in Canada. We were very positively surprised by the small wellness area, which includes a swimming pool, a large whirlpool and a steam sauna. It is extraordinarily beautifully designed. . The location of the hotel is great! All of Banff is within walking distance.

This place is conveniently located in the heart of town, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and offers rooms with double beds.

From the reception to house keeping staff was very good, the room was very well cleaned everyday!

Do not charge for parking.

This place is right near the town center and mountains, with amazing gourmet restaurant food nearby, plus rooms have fireplaces and kettles in a wonderful setting.

The rooms we booked were really nice and modern. The bedrooms had a great view, and everything was perfect. Super convenient location - close to the town center, which was awesome. we had no complaints. 👌

The location is fantastic with a shuttle to the village and close to downtown Banff restaurants, convenience stores, and the center of town. The staff are five-star quality with good service and a friendly demeanor. The units are spacious and comfortable, offering a lovely view of the mountains.

This place is situated right in the heart of the action. The staff here are super attentive and made checking in and out a breeze. The rooms are huge and nicely decorated, providing plenty of space to relax. 🌟

The room was very big and the bathroom was also very big. The breakfast was delicious but took place in a windowless room.

The room was furnished very gloomy. The lounge service is far too expensive. WIFI reception poor. . The bartender wasn't sure how to mix the drink.

The hotel is really old and needs urgent renovation. . The rooms are heated and cooled with ancient air conditioning devices, which is very loud and the wind (dirt) flows directly into the bed / face.

The breakfast here was abundant, featuring delicious local dishes, the location is convenient, and the beds are really comfortable, plus there's a great restaurant nearby.
